Vehicle Defense Course 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
This is a four hour block of instruction that includes two hours of instruction in the classroom and two hours of live fire from a vehicle on the range .
In this class you will learn:
- How to draw and holster the firearm SAFELY while seated in the passenger seat and the driver’s seat.
- How to properly manage the seat belt during a confrontation.
- How to use the vehicle for cover and its limitations.
During the class you will conduct live fire drills from the vehicle and around the vehicle on the range.
Course Prerequisites – You must have completed the following class:
- Defensive Pistol 1
Equipment Requirements:
- Required equipment billed cap
- Concealed carry firearm Suitable holster and magazine pouch
- 150 rounds of ammunition
- Eye protection, ear protection, billed cap
- At least 3 magazines for the handgun
