Course Cancellations
Life happens – we get it! Things come up that make it necessary to cancel your registration in one of our classes. If you do have to cancel for any reason we will gladly refund your class fee or transfer you to another class, as long as your request is made 3 days prior to the class.
For example, if your class is on June 30th you will need to cancel with us by the close of business on June 26th.
If the cancellation is made one to two days prior to the class you will be allowed to reschedule the class one time only.
Any less than 24 hours prior to the class and you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund.

Hopefully, you understand that last-minute cancellations do not allow other students on the waiting list an opportunity to attend and our instructors need to confirm attendance numbers in advance as so classes have minimum attendance requirements.
Group Event Cancellations
Life happens – we get it! Things come up that make it necessary to cancel your group event. If you do have to cancel for any reason we will gladly refund your group event deposit fee or move your event to another date, based on availability. Requests must be made more than 3 calendar days prior to the group event date for a full refund. For example, if your event date is June 30th you will need to cancel with us by close of business on June 26th.
If the cancellation is made one to two days prior to your group event date you will be allowed to reschedule the group event one time within a six month period. We please ask for you to update us with the number of shooters in your group at least 48 hours in advance so that we can properly prepare for your event.
Any less than 24 hours prior to your group event and you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit.

Shooting Experience Cancellations

If you do have to cancel for any reason we will gladly refund your Shooting Experience or move your event to another date, based on availability. Requests must be made more than 3 calendar days prior to the Shooting Experience date for a full refund. For example, if your event date is June 30th you will need to cancel with us by close of business on June 26th.
If the cancellation is made before your Shooting Experience time, you will be allowed to reschedule the Shooting Experience within a six month period.
If you do not show up and do not provide notification prior to your Shooting Experience you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund for your experience.

Private Lesson Cancellations

If you do have to cancel for any reason we will gladly refund your Private Lesson deposit or move your Private Lesson to another date, based on availability. Requests must be made more than 3 calendar days prior to the Private Lesson date for a full refund. For example, if your event date is June 30th you will need to cancel with us by close of business on June 26th.
If the cancellation is made before your Private Lesson time, you will be allowed to reschedule the Shooting Experience within a six month period.
If you do not show up and do not provide notification prior to your Private Lesson, you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit.
